The tenor Daniel Schreiber was born in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in 1979. He won several prizes in the "Jugend musiziert" competition at an early age. He first studied school music (majoring in organ) at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart. In the summer of 2001, he began his vocal studies with professors Bruce Abel and Francisco Araiza.
